Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with the Yurt Academy you accept these terms and conditions. Please do read them carefully before making any booking.
We will send you a written confirmation of your booking, which is an acceptance of your booking. The Yurt Academy reserves the right to refuse an application for attendance.
Please do arrive with plenty of time to ensure that the sessions can start promptly.
The Yurt Academy reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the course content and the timing of sessions. If the occasion should arise, the Yurt Academy also has the right to offer a replacement tutor in case of emergency.
All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be sold or passed on for commercial gain.
The use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited at all Yurt Sessions.
FEES
The full amount is required at the time of booking.
The prices listed exclude VAT.
Payment can only be made by credit or debit card. Cash or cheques and payment via invoice will not be accepted.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your booking with 14 days notice. Provided that The Yurt Academy has received your notice of cancellation 14 days before the start of the session, The Yurt Academy will refund in full. We are unable to refund if the notice is shorter than 14 days before the start of the session.
Tickets are non-transferable to the same session at another time.
We are able to change the name on the tickets if you are unable to attend but have someone who can take your place.
The Yurt Academy may cancel sessions at any time prior to its start, and will repay fees that have been paid in full.
The Yurt Academy cannot offer refunds where we have to change tutors or venues.
Feedback and COMPLAINTS
At the end of each session we will offer you a feedback form, and we act on the feedback that we receive.
In the event of a complaints, please make your complaint in writing and send it to
Liability
Please take care of your possessions. The Yurt Academy cannot accept any liability for them unless loss of damage is caused by our negligence.
You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Filming and photography may take place at sessions. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing for the Yurt Academy events and sessions.
